🌿 Abhyanga (Oil Massage)
Snehana/Abhyanga is a herbal warm oil massage that covers the body from head to toe in a complete process of oleation. (The oils are chosen according to your body constitution.) Oil is systematically worked all over the body and into the skin and is absorbed through the pores. Abhyanga is a special massage technique using therapeutic oils to stimulate and release toxins in the body through lymphatic drainage and through the skin. It also helps the oil absorb into the internal tissues of the body.
🌿 Swedana (Steam Treatment)
Pinda Sweda is a technique that uses a poultice of Ayurvedic herbs that is heated and then used to foment the body to produce sweat. The fomentation helps absorb the herbs into the body through the pores in the skin. Dhara Sweda or a traditional Ayurvedic steam bed uses Ayurvedic herbs placed in hot water or steam bath to produce a therapeutic steaming effect, helping to cure various ailments and expel toxins from the body.
🌿 Shirodhara (Third Eye Drip)
Shirodhara is a technique that uses warm oil poured in a gentle stream over the forehead. This is a profoundly relaxing aid that works to calm and pacify the central nervous system, stilling the mind and senses. This allows stress to be released and enhances natural healing. Shirodhara is combined with head massage to achieve optimum effects.
🌿 Kati Vasti (Lower Back Treatment)
Ayurveda has described some nutritive, palliative types of procedures. Among them, Kati Vasti is an important procedure. It involves retaining oil over the lower back with the help of a container prepared from either black gram or wheat dough. This form of external vasti particularly benefits muscle spasm and rigidity of the lower spine and strengthens the bone tissues in that area. Helpful in lower back pain, arthritis of the spine, sciatica, etc.
🌿 Nasya (Nasal Medication)
A small amount of herbal oil is used for each nostril to cleanse the sinus passage and lubricate the upper respiratory tract. This helps remove accumulated mucus and improves breathing. It is a very effective treatment for hay fever, sinusitis, migraine, tinnitus, etc.
🌿 Panchkarma (Detoxification Therapy)
The Panchkarma elimination techniques are used to expel unwanted toxins (Ama) from the body. Panchakarma eliminates harmful toxins from the digestive system, bowels, respiratory system, bloodstream, and nervous system. It fortifies joints and muscles and is useful for hormone secretion of all glands. It improves hunger, sleep quality, sexuality, attentiveness, and memory. It is no surprise that many people feel like they have a new body after Panchakarma.

Dr. Naveen helped me manage my weight. I was constantly gaining weight and no diet seemed to help. My husband recommended Dr. Naveen to me and I did his detox program. I straight away lost a lot of weight. My digestion improved. I never felt so light in a long time. I could feel it from the inside that my body is cleansed.
I dont starve myself to lose weight anymore. He shared tips for healthy and good eating habits as well. Highly recommend Dr. Naveen.

I was experiencing chronic insomnia, sluggishness and was lacking energy.
After undergoing the prescribed treatment plan, I feel a significant improvement in my general well-being.
I now get a deep and restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
Overall, there is a feeling of lightness and renewed energy.
Thank you, Dr Naveen, for helping me bounce back to renewed health.
